Background

Emergency Alliance is a New Zealand-based organisation that brings together humanitarian agencies to raise funds and respond to international emergencies. Comprising eight member charities, the alliance specialises in disaster response and humanitarian aid. When a major humanitarian event occurs, Emergency Alliance mobilises resources and works with its Rapid Response Network to deliver aid where it’s needed most.

Challenge With a lean team led by an experienced professional—who also serves on multiple charitable boards—Emergency Alliance faced key operational challenges:
